As the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement develops updated targets for its cash assistance to 2030, an evidence-gathering exercise was commissioned by the Cash Hub to provide a baseline and the narratives needed to champion these commitments and drive change. Four evidence areas were rigorously analysed, and the results distilled into a set of key messages.
