This evaluation report examines the effectiveness and impact of Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) Communities of Practice (CoPs) across the Sahel, West Africa, and Central Africa. It finds that the CoPs play a key role in strengthening capacities through peer learning, knowledge sharing, and regional coordination among National Societies. The report highlights strong contributions to skills development, access to tools, and collaboration, with high participant satisfaction and evidence of cross-country support. However, it also identifies challenges such as irregular participation, reliance on key individuals, and structure/resource issues. Overall, it provides recommendations to formalise governance, improve coordination, and ensure sustainability and stronger engagement of the CVA CoPs.
