Description
This research explores how the IFRC and National Societies deliver humanitarian assistance more efficiently in a context of rising needs and limited funding. Drawing on data from 181 operations across 74 countries, it shows how cash-based assistance, programme scale, and strong delivery systems can increase the share of aid reaching people, strengthening value for money and supporting better programme design.
