Денежная помощь и логистика
Логистическое сопровождение является необходимым предварительным условием денежной и ваучерной помощи на всех её этапах, от подготовки до мониторинга и оценки процесса.
Своевременное привлечение логистов в такие процессы, как оценка осуществимости предоставления денежной помощи, рыночный анализ, закупки и приобретение услуг и мониторинг поставщиков, необходимо для полного понимания различных вариантов удовлетворения нужд общества.
Логистика также является ключом к разработке программ, тем самым помогая увеличить скорость работы и масштабы и улучшить качество предоставления денежной и ваучерной помощи (ДВП) как метода предоставления гуманитарной помощи.

Расширение потенциала в области денежной помощи и логистики проводится на уровне всего Движения и является частью программы «Великая Сделка» и постановления программы «Улучшение координации действий и сотрудничества (УКДС)» (только на анг.языке). Помимо создания руководства, инструментов и шаблонов поддержки процесса логистики для ДВП, определяются важные элементы в потребностях в обучении с целью распространения этих знаний среди логистов и персонала Движения, ответственного за закупки и приобретение услуг.

Cash for Support Services Training (CfSS) — Training Agenda
