برنامج التطوير

يهدف برنامج تطوير الممارسين المعنيين بالمساعدات النقدية إلى زيادة المجموعة المتاحة من خبراء المساعدات النقدية الذين تم إعدادهم لإيصال المساعدات النقدية الإنسانية وتعزيز المجتمع المحلي للممارسين المؤهلين ذوي المهارات الحديثة في جميع المجالات المتعلقة بالمساعدات النقدية.

على مدار عام واحد يتم تصميم جداول تعلم المشاركين وفقًا لاحتياجاتهم وتجاربهم الشخصية التي مروا بها حتى اللحظة الراهنة. يمكن أن يتوقع المشاركون أن يتعلموا بالتجربة من خلال أنشطة العمل وأن يقوموا بمراجعة عملية تعلمهم وتقييمها بعد كل مشروع. تتوفر أدوات ونماذج التعلم في هذا القسم ليتم استخدامها داخل البرنامج وخارجه على حد سواء.
