Программа развития
Программа развития практических работников по денежным вопросам направлена на расширение резерва подготовленных экспертов по наличным денежным средствам для оказания гуманитарной помощи наличными, а также на укрепление сообщества квалифицированных практических работников, обладающих современными навыками во всех областях денежной помощи. В течение одногодичного курса составляются графики обучения участников с учетом их потребностей и личного опыта на сегодняшний день. Участники могут рассчитывать на то, что они будут учиться на собственном опыте в процессе работы, а также будут рассматривать и оценивать свое обучение после каждого проекта. Средства обучения и шаблоны доступны в этом разделе для использования как внутри, так и вне программы.
Следующие тематические исследования являются результатом проведения проекта выпускниками программы в качестве их работы во время обучения:
