The IFRC’s Operational Strategy for Ukraine and impacted countries includes CVA as a preferred modality for responding to the crisis in Ukraine and impacted countries. This report provides an analysis of the CVA implementation in Ukraine and impacted countries and provides recommendations for future CVA operations.
