Денежная помощь и кров
Движение Красного Креста и Красного Полумесяца на протяжении длительного времени использует ДВП для оказания денежной помощи в обеспечении потребности в крове и в расселении пострадавшего населения, во время кризиса. Примеры включающие доступ к крову в условиях миграционного кризиса путем предоставления ДВП в рамках программы восстановления жилья для оказания помощи населению в ходе ремонта их домов, а так же оказание денежной помощи в зимний период чтобы люди имели доступ к отопительным материалам.
