Programa de desarrollo
El Programa de Desarrollo Profesional de PTM pretende ampliar el equipo de expertos en PTM disponible para prestar asistencia humanitaria en PTM y potenciar la comunidad de profesionales cualificados con capacidades actualizadas en todos los ámbitos de la asistencia en PTM. A lo largo del año que dura el curso, los participantes aprenden programas hechos a la medida de sus necesidades y experiencias hasta la fecha. Los participantes pueden esperar aprender desde la experiencia, a través de actividades de trabajo, y revisar y valorar su aprendizaje tras cada proyecto. Esta sección cuenta con herramientas de aprendizaje y plantillas para su uso tanto dentro como fuera del programa.
