The Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) conducted an evaluation to assess the impact of assistance on households, which included a desk review, post-distribution surveys, focus group discussions and one-to-one discussions with cash recipients, focus groups with SARC volunteers, interviews with key stakeholders.
Through this evaluation exercise, SARC aimed to document the impact of the assistance and learn how to
increase the impact of cash assistance in future programmes.
