During this Webinar Botswana Red Cross and Netherlands Red Cross will share their experience of using digital tools for information management in their Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) for their domestic operations. 510, an initiative from the Netherlands Red Cross, will open the Webinar describing some of the tools (such as Twillio for Community Engagement) they have used in collaboration with different National Societies in their CVA operations in response to COVID-19. American Red Cross will highlight some of the latest developments in Information Management and CVA.
