Cash and voucher assistance (CVA) has increasingly been recognized as an effective and dignified form of assistance to the most at risk. Globally, the IFRC has committed to scale up its CVA to be used in at least 50 per cent of all its humanitarian assistance by 2025.

This webinar, hosted by the Global Migration Task Force, aims to explore and discuss the experiences, the opportunities, the challenges and the lessons learned in providing CVA to migrants.

Speakers include:

  • Romanian Red Cross or IFRC representative 
  • Bangladesh Red Crescent
  • Chilean Red Cross 

For the Q&A the speakers will be joined by:

  • Joseph Oliveros, Cash Transfer Programming Innovation Senior Officer at IFRC
