This document can be used to record the quality of the service provided, and is similar to a goods received note, and if all grants were delivered on-time and in full. This will be checked against the invoice from the supplier before payment is made. It will also be used to address any poor performance of the supplier against the contract. A service delivery note should be completed per each distribution.
