The supplier will return this as part of their bid, to explain what they are able to provide against our list of requirements, which can be mandatory or preferred. Too many mandatory requirements might mean a failed bid if no supplier can achieve them all. This document must be as comprehensive and realistic as possible and it will form part of the contract in the services section.
